Lee Fox, Founder

As a "youth advocacy architect," Lee Fox has dedicated the last decade of her career to designing youth engagement and empowerment stratagems. Her work has been featured by the United Nations Research Institute in "Youth Media & Participation"; Mashable; PSKF's "The Future Of Gaming" report; and in a New York best-selling book, "Millennial Momentum: How A New Generation Is Remaking America", among others. PeerSpring was founded in January 2015 with the mission of closing the skills-gap for the next generation. Through a Project-Based Learning platform, students using PeerSpring develop critical 21st century literacies by solving real-world problems. Lee's expertise in generational trends, drivers of popular culture, emerging social finance vehicles, peer-to-peer economies, digital currencies and the future of philanthropy has also enabled national speaking engagements, including TEDx.

Leslie Aaronson, Board of Advisors

Leslie Aaronson is the Lead Teacher and Coordinator of Foshay Learning Center’s Technology Academy. In 2012 she was awarded Teacher of the Year by LAUSD for her work running the three year computer science program for 10th-12th graders. She has published several articles and given keynote addresses about how she prepares her students for the careers of the future. Leslie sits on the advisory board for NCWIT’s K-12 Alliance, the Computer Science Department of El Camino College, and is a researcher for CS Teaching Tips. Prior to teaching, Leslie was the Production Manager for Blue’s Clues International at Nickelodeon.

Dr. Aradhana Roy, Board of Advisors

As a consultant to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation since 2008, Dr. Roy provides strategy consulting, research, and analysis to help shape decision-making, investments, and performance evaluation in organizations in the philanthropic, non-profit, and government sectors. She has worked extensively on several of the foundation’s agricultural development grants, and has also worked on several engagements in the field of early learning to support the Washington State Department of Early Learning (DEL) and its partners in their strategic and operational planning and budgeting for the state’s Race to the Top initiative to improve the quality of early learning and kindergarten preparedness in the state’s early child care facilities. Prior to receiving her Ph.D., she worked in product management and business development roles at eGain, a software company based in the Silicon Valley. Dr. Roy has also worked as a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., New York. She currently lives in San Jose, California.

Kim Wynn, Board of Advisors

Kim Wynn is a global authority on engaging youth and the organizations that serve them. She is a Creative Consultant and Connector specializing in strategy and collective impact by working with schools, educators, nonprofits, business executives, community leaders and young people. She engages experts and thought leaders, creating dynamic teams and designing content that challenge and expand ways to empower and engage environments that are committed to positively impacting youth. A teacher for over a decade, Kim has worked with thousands of students, as well as educators, administrators and parents. Her clients include The Museum or Tolerance, the Jane Goodall Institute, ABC Entertainment Group, JFK Library & Foundation, Creative Visions Foundation, RandomKid, and Manzanita School and Institute.

Julio Campos, Board of Advisors

Julio founded Campos Creative Works (CCW) with one mission in mind; to build successful relationships with clients by providing the most creative, motivating and flawlessly produced solutions to their business and consumer communications needs. Over the last decade and a half, this philosophy has yielded some of the longest standing and successful relationships in the industry. As a full-service creative event production company, CCW has designed and executed events worldwide with clients in from various sects including: technology (Facebook, Microsoft, Intel, Dell); automotive (Toyota, MINI, Volkswagen); and nonprofit (X-Prize Foundation’s Visioneering Conference). Julio harnesses ideas for global solutions among some of the world’s most powerful influencers.

Christina Fox, PhD, Board of Advisors

Christina Fox, PhD is Principal, Human Resources | Career & Learning at Genentech, Inc. In this role, she is chartered with setting the career development strategy for Genentech Pharma, North America. As a part of the Career & Learning team, she also partners with internal client groups to help diagnose, design, implement and evaluate learning, career development, and mentoring interventions. With over 20 years of experience in this field, Christina has been employed by McKesson, DHL, and Emerson Consulting as well as Santa Clara University, University of San Francisco, Golden Gate University and Hult International Business School. Christina earned her Doctorate of Education from the University of San Francisco, with her dissertation on distance and online learning, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She holds a Master's in Career Development from JFK University and was awarded a cum laude for the two Bachelor of Art degrees from Skidmore College. Christina also serves as a member of the board of trustees with the Urban High School of San Francisco, her alma mater.

Steve Beauregard, Board of Advisors

Steve is serial entrepreneur and angel investor with a keen eye for emerging technologies trends and the business instincts to position companies in the critical path. In 2013, while running a successful mobile and eCommerce professional services firm, Steve founded GoCoin, the world's highest volume Blockchain payment and loyalty company processing up to 10% of the daily transactions on the Bitcoin network. GoCoin was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine as the "Hottest LA Startup" for 2014. Prior to GoCoin, Steve had a diverse 25-year career as a technology pioneer in mobile apps, eCommerce and Fintech landing multi-year contracts with industry giants DIRECTV, BlackBerry, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, TRW, Sony Pictures, Universal Studios, Honda, Microsoft, IBM, Wells Fargo Bank, Countrywide, Hughes, LIONSGATE Films, Creative Artists Agency and myriad state & federal gov't agencies. Steve has been COO of a publicly traded eCommerce business, conducted due diligence and made countless angel investments into startups, acted as strategic advisor to Fortune-500 C-level executive teams. Steve has delivered keynote speeches around the globe at mobile, eCommerce, Fintech and Blockchain currency events. He is often quoted in trade press and speaks at prominent universities such as USC, UCLA, Pepperdine, Chapman, Harvard, Oxford UK. Steve holds two B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Accounting from Frostburg State University, and, prior to moving to California, studied Computer Engineering in the Master’s program at Johns Hopkins University
